DoneLedger terms

The service
DoneLedger helps you create cleaning checklists, before and after photo records, and PDF reports in your browser. The public guide offers general workflow suggestions. You are responsible for the accuracy of reports, permission to photograph a site, and how you share client information. Photos and PDF reports are records you create; they are not independent verification, tamper-proof evidence, legal proof, or a guarantee of cleaning quality.
Free and Pro
Free exports include DoneLedger attribution. Pro branding is a one-time $19 USD purchase that adds your business branding and removes that attribution. The app displays checkout availability before purchase. Stripe handles payment; taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout. We do not promise a subscription, unlimited cloud storage, team sync or an app-store listing.
Checkout and Pro exports require an internet connection. A Pro license is checked against the purchase online, including refunds and disputes. Keep your license backup safe; it is not included in ordinary job backups. A refunded or disputed purchase may no longer validate. A one-time purchase does not promise that online services will remain available forever.
Your data and device
The report app stores jobs locally in the browser. You are responsible for regular JSON backups and for protecting exported reports and backups. Browser clearing, storage limits, device failure or a change of web origin can remove access to local work. There is no cloud recovery of job photos.
Support and refunds
For purchase problems, a license issue, a refund request, or a service question, contact support@mail.alphabetshowdown.com with your Stripe receipt or purchase reference. Do not send card details or client photos. We review requests individually, and any rights provided by applicable consumer law continue to apply.
Availability and reasonable use
Use DoneLedger lawfully and do not upload material you lack permission to use. We work to keep it useful, but provide no guarantee that it will suit every business, device, browser or purpose. Features and these terms may change; the effective date identifies this version. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
