Your cleaning jobs and photos

The DoneLedger report app runs on a separate web origin. It processes job photos in your browser and stores jobs, photos and branding in your browser's IndexedDB. There is no job-photo cloud sync. Exported JSON backups are unencrypted; downloaded PDFs contain the details you include. Clearing browser data can remove local work, so keep backups somewhere safe.

This public guide does not load the app's job database and cannot read its browser storage. Advertising scripts are not loaded in the report app. Do not put private client information into this guide or email it to support.

Payments and support

Optional Pro branding costs $19 once. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under Stripe's privacy policy. The app sends its purchase license to our server for online verification. A secure installation identifier binds checkout to the browser that started it. Support email is handled through our email provider; we receive the message and any information you choose to send.

This public guide and advertising

Our hosting provider processes basic request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time, to deliver and protect this site. We do not add audience analytics to this guide.

Once Google approves this site and its consent setup is ready, a small banner may appear on this public guide. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses and browser or device information to deliver ads, measure results, limit repeated ads and prevent fraud. Personalized ads may use previous visits to this and other websites. Contextual or limited ads may still involve data processing. Ads are disabled until the publisher and site are approved and the consent configuration is ready.

Where applicable, Google's certified consent message presents choices before advertising storage or personalized ads are used. You can revisit the privacy and cookie choices provided by that message. We do not treat visiting this site as blanket agreement to personalized ads.
