Help us reproduce a problem
Tell us which browser and device you use, what you tried, and what happened. For a purchase issue, include your Stripe receipt or purchase reference. Please leave out payment card details, passwords and private client photos.
Before clearing browser data
Export a JSON backup from the app and save your Pro license separately. Jobs are stored in that browser, and clearing its data can remove them. There is no cloud copy of your job photos.
